My meal was good, but my friend had steak cooked not in accordance with instructions, and very ordinary stone cold steamed veges. No offer to reheat or redo, no apology, just a refund. Then we waited at least 10 minutes for our dessert, once again, no apology, just a refund. This is not the first time this has happened, but could well be the last.nnIt's a pity, this is my local, good atmosphere, diverse menu, reasonable pricing. You just have to be very, very careful what you order.
We have been here a few times in the past and has always been great... but tonight will have me not coming back again. The meals were wrong when brought out which they took back and fixed but then was wrong again, which they did fix again. One dish ordered med steak was rare. The pizza was undercooked and to top it off my daughter found a bug mixed in her veggies.nThey offered to fix this with either one free drink or one free dessert ‍
It's not bad but needs to improve its game. Their meal, menu, and decor need an update. Staff are great tho. Take your menu back to the basic but great pub food, because at the moment it's getting very dated.
Had a group function at crazy gallagers last Saturday night, busy but food was good and came out at reasonable time considering how busy they were. Not impressed with having to order via QR code though but still had a good night.
Took my family here for lunch today. Was not real impressed with the food. However after talking to one of the Managers Julie I was very impressed with her approach to fixing our experience here today. Because of how Julie took care of us we will definitely return.
