It is my first time placing an online order with Williams-Sonoma and what an experience it was! Instead of a crepe pan, I received a fluffy pillowcase, when I called the customer service I was told that I need to send the wrong item back, wait for them to receive it before the correct item will be sent unfortunately, as many of you, I am pressed for time and couldn’t wait for such lengthy process. Not once has the representative apologised for this error and made me feel like it’s my problem. Naturally, I wasn’t happy and asked to speak with the supervisor however it was impossible and after 20 min of the very painful interaction, mainly because I couldn’t hear anything that the agent was saying, she advised me that the item will be sent to me without having to wait for the wrong item to be receipted. The wrong item I am to send via post office. Unfortunately few days later when I called back to follow up since it hasn’t shipped yet,no notes were left and I was greeted with an even ruder agent! I was back to square one, they told me that they are waiting for the wrong item to be sent back and again the line was extremely bad and again they didn’t want to transfer me to the supervisor. I finally spoke to the supervisor who reassured me that it is being processed through their warehouse but they cannot expedite the delivery. By that stage I was tired and I just accepted that I have to wait and no one will do anything to help me. I found the company to be extremely incompetent, rude, with bad policies, extremely bad customer service and even worse if that’s possible! telephone lines. They make a mistake and send completely wrong item but make it out to be your problem! I will never ever ever buy anything from this company again and I have regretted many times that I bought something from them in the first place.
Staff are too aloof to be of any assistance. If you want to know when something is back in stock don't rely on leaving your name in their handwritten book, use their website.
Fun shop, it has cooking instruments for sale next to the ingredients to cook. Plus some harry potter and star wars cake tins
Had the worst online shopping experience with them, bought several items in Oct including cake mix hoping to use for xmasbut still haven't received them we are in Jan now! Called them twice to follow up all they can tell me was they are in warehouse and will ship very soon. I'm sympathetic with their situation moving warehouse but seriously its been too long.. do they only move 1 item each day to the new warehouse? this is far too unacceptable.

Do not buy anything from the company online!!! I placed an order 4 months ago and only part of my order arrived - damaged! I called them and they said I will receive a replacement in 1 week - it’s been almost 4 weeks now and no delivery. Several follow up email sent and no response. Several calls made and they keep hanging up on me!!!! Do not place any online orders!
Avoid this brand at all cost. They only charge you premium price but doesn’t provide premium services. It’s been a month since i placed an order and i haven’t receive anything. I tried to be understanding as they said they’re in the middle of moving warehouse, but one month is too much. When i asked them the progress of my order and express that i might cancel the order, they didn’t even make an effort to retain their customer. For a brand that tried to establish premium image with fancy storefront, their customer service is abysmal. You’d be better off go somewhere else to shop, it’s a waste of time and money
Items ordered took 3 months to be delivered. When received one item is damaged. Sent several emails requesting for replacement and #williamssonoma is unresponsive and it has been another 2.5 months since the original request was sent. Terrible service. Quality of item is below average for what they are charging.
I've bought a set of Mauviel saucepans and pots. The saucepan has changed colour to yellow within a month of use and I have emailed the shop, without response. Spending over 1500 dollars on cookware without any aftercare is something I would not wish on anyone. This has been the worst post sale service I have had from any retail company. Not recommended to purchase cookware.
Honestly the worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a few items 7 weeks ago in August, and was only told after ordering that it would be an extra 15 business day processing time due to a warehouse move. All items are in stock but they still don’t know when the items will ship, even though “shipping started again on October 4th”. I can’t go into the store because of lockdowns, and no one knows when I’ll actually receive the order. Without a doubt the worst online experience I have ever had. They’ve also done this to other people in my family at other times without a warehouse move. The customer service people have been amicable, but they’re powerless to do anything and are no doubt taking an intense amount of ire for an inefficient company process. So disappointing from a company that emails about 4 times a day.
