Bought a sofa Mar 2018. Start falling apart after 1 week. Submit a warranty claim on line but never hear from anyone. Resubmit claim, Still nothing. Call the store in Chadstone but i can't speak to anyone.

I have purchased a few things from the Freedom Chadstone store over time and have been delighted with the service. The staff members are quick to offer solutions to problems and are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The sales assistants Barbara and Kelly were great.

We bought a sealy mattress from this store and at the time there were banners everywhere stating that these mattresses have a 60 day promise- so if not happy with the mattress, can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. My brother went to purchase the mattress for me as I had a spinal surgery n this was in preperation for my return home. When I got discharged from hospital n I tried the mattress for the first time, I didn't feel that it was firm enough to support my back. When I called the store to discuss my options they said that there are no options as my brother had to purchase the 60 day guarantee. My brother was never given that option. The manager Ellie, who I spoke to then elaborated to say that when we purchased the mattress that promotion had ended.. it was just ofmdd. Why would you still have those banners up? You fake advertise and then don't assist your customers. I will lodge an investigation through Vic consumer affairs to deal with this.

Not recommended: gets the job done and good materials, but the whole process felt very rushed. Poor workmanship from their cabinet installer (Nick from N.M Cabinets, also very rushed with corner cuttings everywhere, literally saw him cut a piece of board free hand using our wheelie bins as support. Nick will also try to milk lots of additional costs after project starts, we even payed him to fix a mistake he made). Overall poor customer service, instead of being helpful just push you to sign everything off so they can move on to their next customer, and you will not get any answers to your questions after the job has started.
