Extremely poor customer service, we ordered our couch mid April, due to arrive end of April and its now end of May, we have received no courtesy call or apologies to notify us of any delay. After numerous calls made from us they are reluctant to offer any resolutions. Ideally we would like to cancel our purchase however they are unwilling to participate. Safe to say we will not be recommending or returning to the store.

fantastic help. the furniture was going to make 4 months to make and they kindly provided us with a beautiful table in the interim. thanks much for your generosity and help

We ordered a couch that was organised promptly. They advised it would be delivered between 11am-2pm. My 7 month pregnant partner was in an appointment at 9.30am when the driver advised he's at our front door and unless she comes now it won't be delivered. Upon calling the store to state there has been some miscommunication the rude "customer service" representative said there's nothing she can do and I can call head office if I want. Basically she couldn't care less. I understand things like this happen but after paying $3k for a couch it would be nice for some sympathy and some action into rectifying the situation. I guess you guys don't care once you receive the funds. POOR!

Rubbish service, said boxing day price when I came back after 2 months, it was the same price, the staffs are rude, not helpful
