Love their product line however the service in the Chadstone store is incredibly poor. Not merely once. Not twice. But literally every time I go in - which is often. The kids store is somewhat better but only marginally. Even speaking with them on the phone one has to wait for a considerable amount of time. You would think with the amount of business they do that they could afford more staff. I get friendly service at Cotton On and Boost juice stands!

I bought a sisal rug and the one delivered looks nothing like what is on their website. However the disappointment does not stop there. I spent the next few hours calling their customer service and nobody picked up the call. Called the store and they go along the line of 'having nothing to do with online orders'. I managed to get hold of customer service the next day to organize for returns. When I asked if I'm going to get my shipping costs back, I was told not only I will not get it back, I will only get back 80% of the product's cost back due to restocking fee. Before I bought the rug, I visited the store and asked about online purchase and returns, and none of the staff members there mentioned about this restocking fee. Nor does it appear on the invoices. You have to go to the website's terms and conditions, under 'returns' to see this. I would say the business practice is dodgy, non-transparent and their website product photos are extremely misleading. I will avoid this store at all costs in the future.

Love love pottery barn, pottery barn kids and William sonoma ! Quality of the product is fantastic! I love the different variety they have! I purchase from online and store constantly! Chadstone store has wonderful customer service ! Love going in there they are friendly helpful and add to my shopping experience. I bought majority of my homeware and babies room from the chadstone store. DFO essendon no customer service what so ever, not even a hello and I go in there a lot and have experienced the same thing: No greetings, staff are to busy having personal conversations at the desk or on the mobile forget getting any help, If I didn't love the product so much i wouldn't bother going into the store. I order frequently from their online store and have only had an issue twice, I've called up and they fixed it on the spot, refunded and apologised, within an hour money was back in my account. Love shopping with them, have the confidence to with their remarkable refund Policy. It's my favourite place !

The homewares and furniture are really beautiful but It would be great if the service improved. I have bought a number of furniture pieces and homewares from PB but the service has never been great. It has now reached the point that I search elsewhere for a similar product just because I would prefer not to go into my local store. It Would be so beneficial to them as a business if they could work on their customer service.

We just got delivered 2 different types of chairs for the outdoor set we purchase! Most ridiculous and utterly unbelievable!! ANC delivery guys knew about it but they refuse to take them back! I am waiting for response to get them right. I felt that their service and product do not match the price I paid for. I wil let you know how they handle my case.
