Staff is hit and miss here, not so great most of the time, however the young guy is most helpful. The stock in sizes is limited. Great sales though, bargain leather shoes.
Not the most pleasant Female staffer. More interested in pressure selling. Please just listen to what your customer prefers. Not everyone is interested in waiting to have shoes ordered in when the size required is not in store. Shoes i did buy initially looked like leather but turned out to be cheap chinese artificial materials when looking closer later on but charged $100.00 for them! Won't shop there again

Just can not believe the service we received today 12:40pm the thing serving was just not interested, did not want to help what so ever, never said hello when we walked in or asked to assist! No one else in the store at the time, more interested in her phone out the back which where she spent her time!!!!
Great store, friendly knowledgeable staff, very approachable. Their shoes are quality and I love how they cater for bigger feet in women's sizes

Williams Shoes West Lakes Adelaide SA Went in today looking for men's shoes. Certain staff went past me to my wife offering help. Me who we went in looking for struggled to get service. When I did eventually get service, they didn't have my size. Secondly the amount of men's shoes v's women's shoes is disgraceful. So service and supply is very poor
