Westlakes store are very professional and helped me with an issue straight away. I had been waiting several months for another store that I had returned a faulty pair of shoes that I purchased. I was told the shoes had to go back to the company to be assessed. I had made several phone calls and was told I had to wait. Westlakes store offered me a refund or exchange with in minutes. I highly recomend this store .
Great store come here Zahra and Taylor are fantastic for all of your footwear needs clean shop really helpful.
Completely understaffed, waited 30 min and couldn’t get anyone to help me with some running shoes I was looking for. Not a very wide stock either.
Not a cheap shop they have uptodate equipment to measure your feet not all trainers were available in my size. They sell sports socks

Been in WLM for ever! Well trained staff. Sales pitch is not too hard core- just make sure you know what you want to buy before entering the site. Staff show knowledge and fitting expertise.

Absolutely fantastic service by the team. Went in a couple of weeks before Christmas to try and find what are becoming a very difficult pair of shoes to source. I was put on a waiting list. Over the next week or so I was called by Andrew keeping me informed on how the order was going. It seemed that I might not get a pair. However, just before Christmas I received the call to say they had sourced a pair for me and they were ready for pick. The level of service I received throughout was top notch.
Sadly the machine was broken and i felt the young lady was very inexperienced.
