Not really wanting to rate at all. Harbourtown outlet. Wanted to exchange a pair of shoes, wrong size, not worn, receipt and box intact. No ! You have a week to exchange ! So no we can not give you the smaller size. The shoes where cheaper on second visit. So now I have a pair of beautiful Airflex shoes I can not wear. What damage would a simple exchange have done ! None I Seriously not ever going back! These people are keen to sell and nothing more.
