I Have never had a pair of expensive dress shoes last more then three months from this store the sole of the shoe had split completely through the width of the shoe and was unable to exchange them even when I had the box and receipt. I have purchased cheap shoes from kmart that have lasted longer I will never purchase shoes there again
NO GUARANTEE ON PRODUCT Had Colorado shoes for 6 months when sole split. Was dismissed abruptly by Sandra, who pretended to take "details" but clearly had no intention of actioning my complaint. they sell poor quality china shoes here
After serving myself. I couldn't pay for the shoes without first filling out a questionnaire. The shoes stayed there.
Will not be purchasing for here again needed to change size not get a refund just swap for smaller size the shoes are un-worn and they still in the box u sold them to me in that has ur bussniess name on it ....
