Came in to get some boots and the staff were as helpful as they could be. They weren't pushy or trying to sell me anything, just genuinely wanted to help. They got me a good pair of boots which I am happy with. Muchísimas gracias!

I was served by Dane who provided me with exceptional customer service. He help me find the exact work pants I was looking for and I would’ve happily bought an Akubra from him if they had my size in stock. Highly recommended!

My partner purchased some work boots for me from here for Christmas. Unfortunately they did not fit and when he went to return them he was given a completely different set of boots. We then asked for a refund which they said they were unable to facilitate. We ended up getting given a store credit, and when we went to use it they told us they weren’t sure about it as it was too confusing and we will have to call up at a later date to sort it out. This has been going on for over two months now. We just want our money back!

My partner purchased a pair of work boots from your store on 6 January. Within two weeks of light use in a workshop, the boots became extremely difficult to zip, if at all, suggesting a possible fault.nnWe returned to the store today and were served by Kerry, who was unhelpful and dismissive. No solution was offered in store. We were told the store was understaffed and “there’s nothing I can do”.nnThe boots are 25 days old and valued at $209. We were not seeking a refund, only an exchange for what appears to be a faulty product. This was refused, yet purchasing another pair was suggested.nnKerry then questioned my partner about his occupation, implying the boots were damaged by misuse, which was inappropriate and unprofessional.nnAs an Australian workwear and safety retailer, we expected reasonable support under consumer guarantees. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution - photos of the zip attached.
