Greatly helpful looking for a formal suit for my friend, Informative on my questions, and helpful all round.
Great quality clothing at a fairly affordable price, and also the nicest most knowledgeable customer service too. Walked in with a vest looking for a matching ensemble, and the salesman found me the perfect fit, and advised me on other colours that will work for a multitude of events. 10/10
Last week I went into Tarocash at Cairns Central and was served by a young man by the name of Clay. He was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and so efficient. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for , for my elderly father. His Custumer Service and friendliness with his happy disposition made it an absolute pleasure to shop in your store. Clay said it was only his 2nd day on the job, but you'd never know it. He was just so good. Well done young man
I am a country boy so I was a bit unsure when I first walked into this store by accident, but I can not give this store let alone their staff a big enough compliment. Hayley is the one who has dealt with me from the start, her customer service is like nothing on this earth, super friendly very knowledgeable and always greeted me with that amazing big smile of hers. I am beyond thankful for the help I got from Hayley and the other staff members over the last couple of months. So if you want amazing clothing served by AMAZING staff and feel like a vip when you enter their store the cairns central tarocash is where you want to be.
I was a sub senior looking for a suit to attend my semi formal, all other stores and outlets we visited to purchase my suit were pushy to make sales. However the assistance we received from Rebecca was outstanding. Rebecca knew exactly what she was talking about and in no time, I had walked out the door feeling confident that my outfit was perefect for the occasion. Thank you Rebecca for all your help.
