I just LOVE the shoes I bought at Walk Right! They’re really really comfortable, and importantly they’ve helped me recover from severe heal pain because they’re supportive in the right places and I’ve been able to wear my orthotic in them. I bought a 2nd pair of sparkly dressy shoes and I change the lace colour to suit what I’m wearing. Also Christine the owner was very attentive and followed me up to make sure the shoes were right for me. Such nice service.
I bought a pair of Naot shoes over $200 and within 8 months the strap broke. I rang them and they advised get them fixed from Theo's shoe hospital as they don't replace them, which I did and they paid $15. Thoes said the strap probably wont last and it didn't. I rang Walk rite and they looked up date of purchase and said sorry warranty ran out a couple of months ago. I had bought shoes previously from them as well . I have had better customer service from Target. Wouldn't recommend the brand either.
I always shop there, made a purchase and the staff are very helpful , great shop and variety of shoes
Bought some Hoka Arahi shoes and have since seen them much cheaper in Cairns. Great fit but price is disappointing compared to Athletes foot.
My twin daughters Ilean and Vera spent their whole life walking left. Until the exceptional staff at this incredible establishment granted their make a wish and taught them to walk right.
Good range of orthotic shoes, but mostly around $190-200
Very friendly, knowledgeable and a great range of shoes.
Really friendly & helpful staff. Just so pricey
