Great prices and selection
Having recently visited Cairns , and in need of a new pair of shoes ,I was and am still impressed with the quality and level of service that I received from the staff at this store . Julie , the manager provided me with an impeccable and professional experience which made buying a pair of shoes an absolute pleasure . My family was involved in the shoe industry for over 50 years , and to be honest , Julie made my family look like a bunch of novices . Well done
I had exceptional service at this store today, Julie the lady that helped me was so friendly and helpful with what I was chasing. The service really stood out from previous shoe shops I've been in, I will definitely be returning to this store and letting my friends and family know where to go.
I brought 2 pairs of shoes online yesterday. their website states that click and collect, all stock items will be ready within 2 hours however if that isn't the case it will be 1-2 business days which is fine. It also states that you will be notified if that is the case and cannot be ready in the 2 hours collection and you will have the option to be refunded. I went into the Earlville Cairns store today when I finished work to ask what was going on as I haven't received any notification. I got attitude straight away from a "employee" and she told me it will be 2-3 business days as it is coming from Perth. I tried to explain to her the policy I saw on the website but she didn't want to hear about it at all, just kept telling me that it will be 2-3 business days. I even tried to show her that it states on the website of it saying click and collect in 2 hours if this is not the case it'll be 1-2 business days but you will be notified of this and I had not been notified. She still didn't want to listen or look and kept giving me down right rude and disgusting attitude. I then told them I'd like a refund since I haven't been notified of anything at all, she told me she can't refund me. This is on the website if order cannot be ready within 2 hours you have the option to be refunded but she's telling me I can't be refunded? Again tried to show her this where it is on the website and again just didn't want to listen or look and kept giving me her attitude that I got from the start. For someone that works in the retail business I find this absolutely disgusting and I don't know how she even has a job since she couldn't even take her time to do her job and listen to what the customer is wanting help for. No help at all. Spendless shoes USED TO be my one stop shop for all my shoes but after this appalling behaviour in the customer service industry I'll never ever shop there again and I'll be making sure I notify other people to avoid going there with that sort of staff in the shop.
This store is amazing great service fantastic staff & the manager is amazing wonderful to be around her service is the best she is so helpful & I got the shoes I wanted will be recommending to my family & friends & will definitely be back
Fantastic staff they were so helpful & got me exactly what I needed the mananger is an absolutely pleasure make me feel very comfortable & such a great help i would highly recommend this store thank you so much girls will definitely be coming back
I highly recommend buying from Spendless Shoes Stockland Earlville since the ladies there have perfect customer service skills and went above and beyond to assist me while I was buying shoes.
Literally THE BEST MANAGER in this store. Product knowledge and willingness to help is outstanding. Store always tidy and welcoming

I have met all four sales members of Spend-less Shoes Earlville and have found them to be universally lovely, helpful people. Admittedly they probably will never form the nucleus of a successful basketball team. Any one who complains about this group probably never understood the subtlety of R. Newman's song "Short People". They need to enact Uriah Heep's song "Look at Yourself".
