I bought a pair of bike T's for my 8 uear old son with $160. Withing 2 no the both soles were falling apart. Called customer service and was told that with no physical receipt I am out of pocket. Horrible experience and will not.ship there again
Terrible website and no one likes to answer there calls. What's app is also terrible to send messages to solve problems . Footlocker is lazy.

My experience shopping in FOOTLOCKER IS SUPER AWESOME, great services with their smiles and greet. Great shoe shop with loads of LASTEST TO NEWEST SHOES, HATS, SPORTS BAGS, TRACK PANTS, SHORTS AND MORE. LOVE GOING THERE . SO MUCH GOOD BRANDS THERE!!!
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Went in with my family to buy basketball shoes for my Husband and I asked the employee working there about a particular shoe that was online. And this employee responded sarcastically oh that's old and carried on about it. Left immediately after that and went to Rebel Sports. The customer service there was so much better. Bought the shoes for my Husband and just because of that one employee, we're never going to shop there! Thank you, NEXT!
Bad no one answers the phone Rude and don’t have any patience
Foot Locker and Nike worst experience ever. Long story short my daughter bought Nike TN's on sale. After 3 months of wearing the soles were so worn down they looked like they were owned for years. Contacted Nike who had Foot Locker contact mewhich took long till Matthew from there contacted me he told us we could exchange for other color or shoe etc. We went to Foot locker only to have to deal with an annoying manager Julianne who tries to give me explainations as to why they are wore out and that she should not be wearing them everyday. Seriously?! Also to get a different color same shoe we had to pay the difference. I forgot to mention my daughter in 20 and not an athlete just wears them to walk. So Julianne would not accept the email and tells me to come back another day so she could get in touch with Matthew. It takes me 1/2 hr by car and 1hr by bus I was not leaving without a shoe. So after 3 hrs of wasting my time she finally get in touch with Matthew who now tells me because they do not have the same color she needs to pay the difference to get a different color. Well that is not what the email said. Did get our money back but had been hassled few weeks before that from again Julianne who back then refused us an exchange or a refund. Also my son bought TN'S full price which also fell apart. Those also were returned. So Nike and Foot Locker are absolutely horrible in customer service and quality of workmanship. What do I get in return for the stress and my wasted time? Nothing. Stay away from Foot Locker especially in Cairns Central Australia.
Really disgusted by the customer service. My girlfriend bought me a pair of shoes as a present. I tried them on the same day but they were too small. I came back to the store the next day to have a refund but they refused to give my money back while the shoes were as new. The staff was really rude and don't deserve to work in customer service.
