Bought a pair of Asics Nimbus 24 Platinum shoes today and Caleb was very helpful and friendly. He had an excellent repertoire of knowledge for shoes with fantastic service. He let me try multiple pairs of shoes to make sure I got the right pair. 10/10 customer service.
Shane from Rebel in Cairns Central was great. He helped in choosing my watch and was very polite and respectful. It made my shopping experience a good one.
I bought a pair of Nike on Rebel website about 6 months ago and the material behind my heels ripped off in small holes. I got told by Rebel online to bring them back to my nearest store. This team member Ashton basically told me that the warranty 1 year for Rebel, 2 years for Nike does not apply because I’ve been wearing those shoes everyday for 6 months, and that because according to him, when you wear shoes very often they slowly break down and that is normal lol, then what’s the point of the 1 year warranty? What about if I had worn them once a week?. I’ve asked him if I could find this information on Rebel website, obviously not, so I reckon he made that up as an excuse. Then he got confused when he talked about those 6 months of use, and he said that the lady at the checkout, who told me that Rebel footwear warranty was one year, was wrong she’s right. He clearly did not have a clue about Rebel footwear warranty, its conditions and did not even try to check if Rebel could fix them. Disastrous customer service.

Rebel sport Cairns Central is always clean and there store is well laid out. They have a great range of kids runners at competitive prices, you never have to look around for staff, they are always waiting to help.

I was looking for new runners today and actually tried athlete's foot first. I went to rebel and immediately found the style I was after. The staff member who helped me find my size was really helpful, and knowledgeable about the products - he was able to give me detailed answers when I asked about the difference between a few similar styles. Staff were super patient letting me try out shoes to make sure i had what I needed. Much better service than athletes foot. What I liked too was that they didn't try and upsell me something that I didn't want / wasn't right - they just listened and grabbed what I was after. I will definitely be back again.
Had brilliant customer service on two occasions by Caleb in Cairns Store. Ive had issue with Soccer Boots and both times Caleb has dealt with it professionalism and great customer service. Will always use Rebel for Soccer boots until i retire due to his service thanks !
