I pre-ordered a new vehicle while living in Victoria, the process was flawless! David, the salesman, regularly kept me updated throughout the whole process. Absolutely outstanding service, I would highly recommend Wide Bay Mitsubishi. On the day I took delivery of my new vehicle the staff was friendly and the handover was smooth and stress free!
Went it looking for potential buys and came out with an awesome deal on the new Outlander. With the help of salesman David I had one of the best experiences buying a new car from the dealership. Very knowledgeable team who are supportive, but not pushy and go above and beyond in your favour. Highly recommend going in to chat to David for any future car purchase.
Ordered a new eclipse cross in August and it arrived today January 2023 as promised by David. Fantastic service from David. I returned to Mitsubishi motors in Hervey Bay after a positive experience 5 years ago purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander. When I was looking for a new car and found out that David was still working there I did not hesitate. Brilliant communication throughout, explained in detail the various parts of the car, gift wrapped the car and even gave us some gifts. I am really pleased with the service here. I had all that I needed installed allowing me to tow a hybrid camper. Friendly staff and the service, quicker than I thought. Extremely pleased with the service and work done that was provided. Had a service today and again I am very pleased with everything that has been done. Information provided was easily understood for future work requirements. Can't go wrong with the crew in Hervey Bay.

Bought my brand new Pajero Sports in July this year and every step of the way David at Mitsubishi was amazing and kept me up to date! I had nothing but happy friendly service from the moment I entered the showroom. I purchased my vehicle from David Lukacs and David kept me up to date weekly on the progress. The delivery went smoothly and I drove out with a big smile. Thankyou David and Mitsubishi.
Had a great relationship with our last Mitsubishi dealership in Castlemaine. Unfortunately this branch is far from the customer service and skilled mechanics we were used to. How our brand new warranty alternator ceased after 40km is still something no one has ever heard of happening - yes, they were more than accommodation after the fact but the impact this had on our business was at our loss because of them. Will no longer deal with this Mitsubishi branch.
David Lukacs was a genuine honest salesman. We so love our new Outlander. I give Dave a 10 out of 10 for customer service. He certainly knows his cars. "After a new car"? Go see Dave you won't be disappointed.
When deciding to upgrade our existing Mitsubishi Outlander after a couple of years ownership we received courteous service from sales staff and a fair price for our vehicle. Our new Outlander is exceeding our expectations and we are extremely happy with the purchase. Thank you David.
