Dealer John Maynard persuaded me that my 2008 Kea Reo  with 136,000 on the clock was only worth $2,500. and smirked then laughed when I suggested it might be worth more.  Stupidly i traded it for a 2010 Holden Captiva, beautiful looking car, I paid $13,000. It came with an empty tank of gas, un-serviced, had an electrical fault on the first night and had to be returned the next morning. 4 months later it blew a rocker gasket which leaked into the spark plugs, cost quite a bit to repair, 6 months into having the car and only clocking up 7,000 kilometres, all of the electrics have gone, the whole control panel and the Dealer, completely unsympathetic to my plight, does NOT WANT TO KNOW If that isn't bad enough, the 5 year warranty which he uses as a marketing tool doesn't seem to cover any problems I have experienced with this vehicle, this time it is going to cost a minimum of $1400. So less than 6 months into having this car, and spending $13,000 for the priviledge of having it it is off the road and I remains so.
 This dealer if you check out his site, this is a quote from it 'John & Tracey Maynard own & operate the business in the beautiful city of Hervey Bay in Queensland. John & Tracey both grew up in Hervey Bay and have seen the city grow in leaps and bounds during this time. They understand the importance of repeat business and are always striving for customer satisfaction to ensure ongoing relationships with their customers.' Unfortunately these are just words, even though I have now been without a car for 4 weeks due to this latest fault the Dealer doesn't want to know, I challenge you Mr Maynard, to honour your mantra of striving for customer satisfaction and understanding the importance of repeat business, because my conversations with you on the telephone regarding this matter are anything but!!

They say carsalesmen work hot but John takes the cake said the most he could give me for my ute was $ $      $22000 then puts it on sale for$28990 not a bad markup

Best service I have recieved from a salesman to date
Nothing was a problem and will look forward to recommending not to mention I traveled for an hour and a half to see the vehicle  and would rather deal here than Bundaberg in future
