I have known Jason for quite a number of years. After the loss of my husband I asked Jason if he would be able to take care of my car for me. I have found Jason to be very much old school and very fussy with his service work . He certainly takes a lot of pride in his work. I have been to other workshops both big and small where I have felt like a number instead of a valued customer. Jason on the other hand will go the extra mile to ensure that my car is thoroughly serviced which makes me feel very safe and confident whilst doing long trips to visit my family. To find such an experienced person as Jason as he is a man of his word with good old fashioned values and this is an extremely pleasant surprise these days. I can not help but feel that he needs a 10 STAR rating instead of a 5. Jason ALWAYS goes the extra mile. Jason is very particular and I can promise you that you will get a lot more than just an oil and filter change when you get him to service your vehicle. My recent experience a week ago regarding a light on my dash just proves how much I believe Jason is extremely competent. It took no time to diagnose the problem and to rectify it. Since receiving my car back I have noticed a huge difference in the overall performance .
I have known Jason Sinn for 18 years after meeting him when i traded in my car after moving to Hervey Bay. At that time my car was 5 yrs. old but i wanted a bigger car so i could travel back and forth to S.A. I have since bought 4 cars from him and every one has been low mileage and very reliable, never spending any more than running costs on any of them. If you are looking for a good reliable used car, I recommend Jason and his friendly staff, who will look after your needs, and you can be assured of being treated as a friend as well as a customer and maybe you will become a repeat customer as i have been.
Jason and Teena have gone the extra mile and have provided us with a bargain. We have a great new car, low mileage, excellent exterior & interior... and peace of mind that they provide regular servicing from their trusted mechanic. A family owned & operated business that prides themselves on genuine honesty and integrity. Couldn't fault Jason or the admin, Teena, at all. They were both absolutely fantastic from the moment i walked in and enquired, through to the paperwork and finalisation of it all. Beautiful people, quality cars and will definitely be back in the near future to purchase another car! Jason, thankyou so much for going well and truly above and beyond for me. Even for going the extra mile and removing then reinstalling my daughter's car seat from my old car to the new one. Despite your back problems you still didn't hesitate helping me. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason Sinn when I purchased a boat off him, Jason is a man of his word as I wanted to put a down payment on boat to hold it for me but jason insisted there is no need as his word is strong, I was sceptical at first as I didn't want to miss this sale but when I arrived two weeks later it was still in his possession even though he had many people call trying to buy it. The sale went smoothly with no issues, as Teena the 2IC looked after all the paper work and transferred registration to me on the spot. I would definitely buy through Jason again and would highly recommend to any one looking to buy a car, camper trailer or boat. August 2020
Big thanks to Jason at ken Sinnn motors took our car in for a service, found him very professional and a bit of a perfectionist he took photos and saved old parts for my inspection explained everything in very easy to understand terms. I bought a Hyundai Tuscan from Jason on Monday abd I just can't believe how friendly the service. Despite being very busy Jason was beyond helpful. The car is exactly what I need and I can't thank Jason enough.
