Beautiful store with nicely laid out product - so much variety. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I love that you can browse books and stationery at leisure. Be nice to have some chairs about sit on while we peruse but its not a library right!

Located on the West side of The Base. This is a must to visit, with friendly, helpful staff, a good selection of books and other gifts and one of the luckiest Lotto outlets in Hamilton.
Staff member didn't ask me for my Whitcoulls rewards card and I had to ask if it could be added after the transaction had been processed.

We got great recommendations from the staff. They know which crime/thriller to pick and also good history books that we can read to the kids. They are a great bunch! Very helpful and lovely staff!
