What a waste of time and money. This place needs to sack their chef!!!! Steak looked like a ham steak, veggies were cold and the gravy not even sure it was actual gravy. My partners steak was still mooing. We had to wait ages to be seated. The only good thing about this place was the waitress Eliza who was very apologetic.

Worst lunch ever. My family and I went to the Wheeler's Hill Hotel for lunch over the weekend. My mother and I both ordered chicken schnitzels, I added BBQ pulled pork to mine which was dry and had the tiniest amount of BBQ sauce drizzled on top, which I did not finish. My father ordered the gnocchi, which was more mushrooms than actual gnocchi. The gnocchi was also a singular block of potato, not individual fluffy bite-sized pieces of gnocchi. My grandmother ordered the seniors parma. This looked like a supermarket patty of chicken which was paper thin. The worst meal came in the form of a so called "toastie" that my partner ordered. He ordered ham and cheese in his toastie, when it arrived it was burnt, had about one slice of ham in it and tomato added into it. I could have made a better toastie at home for half the price we were charged for that! The only meal not complained about was my brother's chicken burger, which I wish I'd ordered instead, honestly. The staff were friendly enough, however. The view was nice as well. I'd maybe consider a change in chefs and kitchen staff, because we won't be back. After reading other reviews, and the lack of response to them, it seems that nobody cares that the food is bad, they only care about passing traffic. In a day and age like this, customer service is so important and it's a shame to see such a lack of it both on your plates and online.

The look of the corner hotel brings the place down. The restaurant is great and the view is stunning. We had our wedding reception there 3 years ago and go back for our anniversary every year.

Bloody terrible service , waited over an hour for our meal , which when arrived was very poor. Would not recommend this venue for a meal. In a large party booking made 3 months ago
