I went in for a haircut close to closing. All the other barbers where closing early. Some had a long wait time and others where more expensive than I wanted. I bite the bullet and got a haircut. I once got a hair cut there and it was very good. However this time it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had and I wasn’t man enough to tell her how terrible it was. I waited a week and I’ve decided to let people know don’t go here. The ladies I had probably aren’t  even qualified. She spoke very limited English which didn’t bother me so long as she could cut hair. I showed her a photo of what I wanted she looked at it once. She had to get her supervisor who was also terrible at cutting hair to check to see if she was doing it right. I paid $30 and then told her you know what your right I don’t like it so just shave all my hair off.  Just go to a barber pay the extra $10. I will never go back.

Ask for Shermin. She is amazing.  I have been getting blonde foils for 15 years and have been to many salons. She is my new go to.  I won't go anywhere else.  She did more foils than many salons, was quick, got to the roots and best of all was happy for me to read and didn't chat the entire time!  Very relaxing experience and was reasonable in price.  I am really happy Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

I highly recommend Shermin from the team. I have been a regular customer of What's Up Hair Knox for many years. Never had any issues. 10/10 customer service every visit. I'm always very impressed with the excellent and friendly customer service I receive from Shermin and her team. Without a doubt Shermin is very passionate about her job and truly cares about her customers. She does a fantastic job of taking the time to ensure I always walk out of the salon a satisfied customer. As someone who has long, thick hair I definitely have to say a hair cut at What's Up Hair is great value for money and the best place to get a hair cut at Knox.

I went to this hairdresser a few yesrs ago and they left the dy in too long. As a result all my hair broke off at the back and it took until now for my hair to start recovering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I got to my appointment early and they took me straight in, service was exceptional and they really looked after me. I was really impressed

went in on the weekend for a haircut the younger lady with Black curly hair hard to understand could not understand what she was being asked to do, she could not cut my mothers hair what so ever... it took 30 mins for a dry cut with next to nothing taken off  the hair. My mother asked  her 3 times to take more off and to taper it in at the back and around the ears and i stood there watching her use thinning scissors to cut her hair. I had to go and ask another lady to explain what she needed to do as she just wasn't capable. She still couldn't do it then stormed off came back 5 mins later after i complained again for someone else to help us for her to then come back and say I cut myself she will do it... BAD just BAD if you dont know how to cut and dont understand what is required why is this person there cutting peoples hairService:&nbsp;Haircut

I had such a wonderful experience! Nathan, my stylist was just gorgeous & he really paid attention to what I wanted to achieve with my hair. He also gave lots of great advice to try & heal my dry, damaged hair which I really appreciated : I had my daughter's graduation yesterday & my hair was a rich chocolate brown colour & I absolutely loved it! Nathan's expertise, professionalism & wonderful work ethic is so highly commendable. He's so sweet & kind & I'm so grateful to him for achieving exactly what I wanted! Many, many thanks :

Took my daughter to get her hair cut for the first time...she was very clingy but the lady was very patient and managed to give her a nice little cut anyway! With some distractions , were able to get it done : thanks for being accommodating.

Just went in for a trim this evening. I got the lady with the red glasses and she was SO rough with brushing my hair it was insane... I had tears in my eyes because she was brushing it so fast and it was very painful. After initially brushing it out with a brush she would seperate my hair and it would re knot so instead of brushing the knot out with the original brush to save me the pain and damage to my hair she just pulled the comb through even harder which tangled it more! I asked for a 1 cm off and she cut about 3 and asked me if it was ok.. I have a cow lick hairstyle and she still split my hair in the middle so it will be uneven after cutting it now because I have to flip a portion of my hair back on my scalp for it to sit to how it was. The whole time she was trying to sell me some treatment product... about 3 times it was super annoying.
