Been going here for some time, however, went last Sunday and asked for full leg wax (normal) expecting $35 as per usual, however when I went to pay, they tried to tell me that because I’m large I need to pay $10 more! Well I flatly refused (as this was not discussed in private with me). She embarrassed me and caused me to feel terrible while discussing this in front of all that waited! Why do people think they can do this? Do they offer discounts for skinny people? Absolutely disgusting!

I am absolutely disappointed in my experience today. I have been coming to this salon since it opened. Today, the day before Christmas I went in for a touch up, I told the lady exactly what wanted. I come out WITH NOTHING LIKE I WANTED, but she also butchered the year long process of me growing my brows out. I left the salon in tears and now every time I look in the mirror I just get so mad. I never complain but this is unbelievable. To say I am disappointed is an absolute understatement.

Charged me $15 instead of $10 as per the usual. My sister came a few days ago with thicker brows and was charged $10. Will not be back I'm feeling ripped off.

This place is a joke. It has to be the worst location of the chain business. Go in to get my face threaded, once leaving I noticed there was spots she had missed so I head back to tell them and she tells me that, that is my problem and that she won't fix it herself or get any of the other ladies to either? The customer service is terrible, if you feel like throwing your money into half assed services this place is for you.

I had my first ever eyelash extensions and Hetal the beautician made me so comfortable . I was a bit worried about the procedure but she explained everything . I looked awesome.
