Generally very happy here- only reason it isn’t five stars, is it really depends on who you get! I’ve seen Michelle, Helen and Emy before, and been happy every time with them. Unfortunately, sometimes they’re not working the days I go in, and have been disappointed a few times by the lack of care of some of the other girls. 
I will never again just walk in- will always make sure I have an appointment with my preferred tech.

I wasn’t overly impressed with how my nails turns out as most of them were not even the same rounded shape. 
The lady who did my nails also dug the electric file into my cuticles cutting them, not just on one finger but multiple. 
After all that when I went to pay I wasn’t allow to use PayPass as that is apparently only for credit cards and not the debit card I have. 
Overall I will never go back.

Worst experience ever. I asked for only Shellac on my toes and ended up having a pedicure as well which I told the lady several times not to do. Ended up just going with it as she could not understand me. So I paid for more services I did not want. Never going back.

Very nice staff and they actually pay attention to what they are doing compared to other places. Will definitely be going there again 😊
