I came in with high hopes for the hair salon, but my expectation was quickly thrown away. I asked for a simple slick back undercut. but instead, I was given a 2 cut with my hair parting right. I wish I spoke up sooner but it was too late. I find it hard to believe the hairdresser didn't bother listening to me and just did what she thought was best. the hairdresser never spoke over 2db to me making it hard to hear her let alone understand her. my experience was quite terrible and will never go there again.

Last week I had a great haircut by Samira. She was so kind , patient and accurate. By sure I recommend her job to whom wants to have the nice and beautiful hair style.

Probably the best hair salon at Knox, especially for men. The stylists take their time and always finish with a result that's better than expected. It's a bit more expensive than the others at Knox (probs like 5 bucks more), but it's worth it.

My hair was thick and down to my chest, I went in with a specific photo and what happened next was an absolute bloodbath, I now have hair that is 2 inches long on the back and sides and about 8 inches long on the top (which is not even close to what I wanted it to look like) and to top it off the hairdresser didn't even apologise for the train wreck she had caused. This hair cut has me questioning if she was actually qualified or not!
