honestly i am shocked. I have no medical training but I am more competent than the GP i saw. requested a TMJ physical examination. she looked in my mouth, told me I had inflammation, refused to perform the examination, when i insisted, she performed a pseudo-examination, just lightly touching the muscles on my cheeks. I do have mild bouts of oral candida because im a smoker. but she tried to prescribe me antibiotics for what is an incredibly basic medical item, antibiotics make fungal infections worse. I am honestly shocked that a woman would not be aware of this. when i told her that I've tried ibuprofen, she insisted that I just try ibuprofen repeatedly. when I called her out on these points she then just told me that i am probably just very stressed and recommended I see a psychologist. prejudiced, malicious, incompetent and unprofessional.

I felt that this practice, specifically the female GP, was uncaring and focused on money rather than the patient. I phoned in advance to see if they could perform a required test and was told they could. Turns out they could not and they knew that, and used the excuse that we needed a referral from them. A referral was of course not needed. I found this behaviour extremely poor and distasteful. With the potential of their patient having a very emotionally challenging issue as well as extremely expensive they chose to make a quick buck instead of just saying they could not do what was needed. This just shows the lack of empathy held by them. Overall extremely unimpressed and left with a very Bad taste in my mouth. Will never go there again and if asked by anyone would not recommend.

My wife went to the female doctor there for lady problems. Just terrible got stuff around. Didnt do any tests. Had enough went to a other doctor and picked up the problem straight away. Never again!

I've found Dr Vinu to be an excellent, thorough and caring G.P. Toni out front is always bubbly as well and I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them to friends and family.
