Really terrible. 10 of us in the line in front of a single teller. Would you see this in a branch with white customers? We're all Aboriginal people or supporters of Aboriginal people. The staff appear to have no training for this. Imagine if they hired an actual Indigenous person. We wait 30 minutes to be told that we have to come back another day when they have more time. The staff have to knock off at 4pm. Never mind there's been fraud on the card and it's now blocked and the customer cannot access her money.
If you want to wait in line for an hour, for a 2 minute teller job. Jump in the berrimah Westpac line. Self serve change machine is always out of change in closing hours also. Useless since the good girls went to Palmerston
