Unbelievable. Shocking service. Very long wait times. And impossible to book or schedule appointments online.
Zero Stars, Submitted all required documents for a joint account, submitted signatures in person at the Branch, Made Deposits, Tried making a transaction after 3 days and found that there was a restraint on our account. Got in touch through customer care multiple times who directed me to the branch, the lady at the branch said will call back in 10 minutes however never got a call back, so went in person at the branch they said documents were missing and they would try to resolve first thing monday, mid day monday tried calling the branch several times , no answer, left voicemails no callback. Im with the customer care while typing this and its already 31 minutes on the phone most of it in hold. Pathetic for one of the Big 4s.
Concerned. Twice in 9 months had rapid fraudulent withdrawals. Long waiting periods to use accounts, pending card processing then the slow haul through the mail. How secure are our 'off shore' call centres..?
At Casuarina ANZ, extremely long waiting times, had only 2 tellers on. Other staff members 7 . They have the ability to open a third teller, but haven't ... Same thing as what occurred in my previous visit 10 days prior.
Horrible, no service whatsoever. Made a special trip to the branch and the "service" staff put me on the phone to the call centre because they can't help?! Even worse, they won't allow me to transfer my own money expect by telegraphic transfer or bank cheque which both attract fees to ANZ... Leaving ANZ, had enough.
Had to call them 18 times for them to answer their phone to get them to fix a mistake they made on a cheque because they told me their staff member was new. I then had to waste an afternoon going into the branch for their stuff up. No apology. Please train your staff properly and have more than one person working at the branch at 3pm on Friday afternoon!!
Very poor service. Closed, wasted time going there.
If Casuarina is busy, or it is a popular gym time, or FastsPats is busy, forget about close parking.
