Very helpful and understanding staff. They go the extra mile to ensure customers satisfaction. Sunil and the branch manager were very helpful when I visited the branch for a transaction.
NAB Management have obviously never needed to contact a NAB branch by phone. Told by NAB email to contact my local branch to arrange to complete some paperwork. Tried to call what appears to be the ONLY 13***** phone number to contact NAB nationally, only to sit through extensive marketing and politically correct messages and then to be put on hold for 'ever'. All I want to do is to TALK to someone in the local branch to ensure they have my paperwork ready BEFORE physically leaving work to visit the branch, how hard should this be??
NAB are TERRIBLE. They closed our business account and withdrew the funds without notice. They can't or won't reinstate our old business account. So they set up a new account. I'm still having issued getting internet access to the new bank account and they haven't deposited our funds into the new bank account after almost a fortnight. I have literally spent hours trying to get this sorted. This has been the worst experience. Would never recommend using NAB.
Branch has been "temporarily" closed for months. Finding it impossible to open a bank account for my daughter when the next closest branch is 30 minutes away and won't do business after 3:30pm.
At least 1 hour waiting period. Not enough staff at all. Whoever in there, really unprofessional and not enough skilled i would say.
Staff are rude and inconsiderate, won't give any explanation as to why they are closed, all they say is to go all they way out to the city branch
Wonderful to deal with. Verry smooth and helpful with opening accounts. Really appreciated how they were understanding of having our children with us whilst organising home loans etc. Great job team!
I came 3 times this week for business and every time I took 1 hour or more to be serviced. Terrible.
Not currently open with sign saying try our Palmerston branch. Ridiculous and frustrating.
