The manager was very helpful and staff over a issue with expiring bank account
Waited 2 hrs + just to talk with someone. They only had one staff member on, who then went on lunch.
Waited 2 hours to be seen for a 5 minute task. Multiple workers around however only one taking customers.
The young girl at the enquiry counter does not know what her job is looked like… been with commbank for the last 8 years have all our accounts including Home loan account with commbank and when I went into the branch today she asked me t sit down and told me somebody will come and assist me. After waiting for 15 minutes she came in to tell me that I need to speak with the Home loan specialist who is currently unwell. I came in during my lunch brea as well so totally wasted my time and did not even apologised for it. Regret banking with commbank
It's the best cba branch I have ever been. The waiting time is manageable even during lunch time. The staff members are nice and you can feel that the work climate is supportive, making clients feel comfortable too. Laura Prince is particularly amazing, CBA should appreciate great staff members like her :

Can’t wait for their new bank to open up in Gateway. Their current one in Palmerston Shopping centre is so small! Only two tellers?! C’mon.. the line outside of the bank ends up at the front of Coles because of how small and slow the place is. I’m glad I don’t bank with them.
Common CBA. You are supposed to be one of the big banks but the service and waiting periods are long. Please pick up the quality. Really a bad experience that I didn't expect.
The manager was great for approving a bank transfer from my sons account that was difficult and Hailee went over and above to help me with my sons account.. Great customer service and really nice ladies.
Unless bank dosnt even open on time
