I would give it no stars if possible. Customer service is not important here. They always have long lines, machines are down constantly. If you are a business, avoid them at all costs. I've visited the branch today for help and unfortunately did not have all the information for them to assist. Very lovely staff member has asked me to call her with what was missing and she'll help over the phone. Well I've called a total of 43 times today and no one has picked up the phone. I'm livid, NAB, hire some staff or close your doors permanently. Your lack of service should be reported to consumer affairs. I'm in disbelief customers can be treated this way.
Hahaha!!! What to aspect. the star rating is 1.8. I had a dispute which is almost a month. Every single day i call 132255. And ask, they say someone will contact but when????...... Worst Bank in the world.

Extremely long wait times, cash exchange machine either out of notes or coins or just out of service 90% of the time. Express business deposit out of service half the time. Get rid of the cash exchange machine and put on an extra staff member to serve customers.
Well at least NAB is consistent. Two branches in the Darwin area, and both as useless as each other. 1 1/2 hours last week at Darwin city branch to deposit two cheques as only had one teller on customer service. Today at Palmerston branch to pick up new card hopefully, and yes one teller serving. 30 minutes so far and counting. NAB customer service, there isn’t any
Re structured my management around my bank. I now control every aspect of my money going within my savings and business accountant! Interest rate of my saving account are great. With tonnes of savings and energy stored over 15 years, it has played well. Security is top notch with insurance to ensure all my energy is secured and safe. Good to have my bank back in my control
I got the time after the 1 week monday 17th October at 2 pm with rissa and i went the bank and they told me to wait after 1 hours i feel that the costumer service is not sweetable for me and return back if they can’t provide service don’t give the time
Still trying to recover from the shock of my last visit. I love this branch and visit there weekly. But my jaw is still on the floor after being told, my wife would have to book an appointment to open an account,not today, sorry booked out tomorrow, maybe the day after. Anyway at least the commonwealth was happy to see us!
I wish I could give this branch zero stars. Absolutely appalling treatment by the branch manager. I can understand there can be confusion during a branch move but admit your incompetence! Do not lie and try to blame the customer. I will be closing all my accounts with NAB after 15 years and I suggest anyone else who has to deal with this branch do the same.
Gay cunt just tried closing the door on my girl’s face. Clearly, couldve politely said sorry were close maybe come back tomorrow but he just closed and said nope. Bad service to be honest... it is a great bank in my opinion but it is the workers that are ruining the banks reputation. Wake up NAB.
