WestPac is a standout at The Glen! The one and only store which failed to move to a new location in time. That has forced the Centre to keep a special walkway and employ staff to direct the customers.

How can we trust you with our money if you're incapable of something as simple as completing a branch to a deadline.

Mindful of the low rating, was keeping an open mind but the lady I dealt with was unprofessional, snide looks passed between colleagues and also, does not seem to understand customer service or display efficient or helpful ways of service. Only when I returned by chance did they think of another way to help with my query. I've only been hear once, but this branch lets down the Westpac brand. Worst experience in the 20 years I've banked with westpac.

Rips you off with fees this bank

Never answer the phone call. No option to ring and make appointment. We have to walk in then no one available . Need to make 2 trips to open an ac. Very bad service.
