Horrible experience. Entered branch at 9:30 AM when the bank opens. Waited for approx  1 hour for our turn to come. All we had to do was update ABN. The person from the bank who was supposed to look after us was with another client for more than an hour. Spending 1 hour with 1 client.. means in whole day they can attend only 8-9 customers. Thinking to close all my bank accounts with them.

Was asked twice about a home loan while trying to settle my late mother's accounts. I was disgusted by this alone, but they also seemed to have no idea about Commonwealth's own policies and were completely frazzled. This made the entire process much more distressing than it needed to be.

Today the Indian female teller’s customer service was terribly bad and arrogant. And she kept asking private questions, I was disgusted by this alone.

My daughter was today made to discuss the details of her term deposit standing in the entrance to the bank. She was distressed when she got home which has left a bad taste in our mouths. She tried to call make an appointment with Mayford but gave up after waiting for an hour on the phone. We will be withdrawing our money from CBA.
