BP Express Tally Ho Petrol Station

The pump kept cutting out every 2 seconds whilst I was filling up. After I finally filled up after 10 minutes, went inside to pay and let the attendant know that the pump was playing up. Instead of saying "oh thanks for letting me know, I'll find out what is wrong with it, or put an out of order sign on it", he started blaming me for why it was cutting out, telling me that I am pumping petrol wrongly. After reminding him that I have been pumping petrol for over 10 years and have never had that problem before, he was still adamant that my technique was wrong and that I had to hold the trigger differently, and put on a different angle. It would be good to see if the pump is working properly again, but I'm never going back so we will never know. Also, they don't have Gas which is a bummer.

No longer bothered by Shona, strange service operator. Have met very nice service people since. The only thing that really bothered me was that Shona, staff attendant was only nasty when there was only one customer in the store. And locked doors!!!! When other customers were present, Shona seemed to behave herself in a professional way. Relieved that I can just fill up with petrol, purchase cigarettes and be on my way.
