Standing in line for over 20 minutes. 1 staff working on teller, 4 atm machines that noones using. Maybe as a bank if you would like to serve your customers you should employ more staff. Horrible customer service

Ridiculous waiting times to speak to anyone. Chronically under staffed. Staff that are there seem to be on rotating breaks during busy periods

I visited the branch to have a staff member removed from my business banking account so that they were no longer able to access information or being able to transfer funds.

I filled out and signed all the required forms with the business banker.  He told me that the cancellation was instant and it was already in effect.

2 Weeks later I found out that that employee is still able to access internet banking and was still able to transfer funds.    If you haven't yet selected a bank, then I suggest you find one that is a little more reputable, ethical and once that wont make mistakes such as this which could have easily cost me more than 100k.

The staff here are super friendly and prompt, also advised me really well on opening the best account type for my circumstances!!
