A terrible customer service culture,  especially upon entry with passive aggressive greetings and thec service is OK however depends on who you land. This ANZ branch needs a total course in manners, etiquette and then banking approaches to dealing with customers.

Thanuja Perera was exceptional with his professionalism and level of assistance. I was trying to rearrange my current home loans and Thanuja  got my requests fulfilled and completed perfectly without any hesitation, I’m very impressed how he handled everything and I appreciate his efficiency and customer service. I definitely will recommend TS to all my friends and family.

Staff unapproachable, rude and no communication. All they like to do is keep their doors closed, pass the opening hours and sit on their bums drinking their coffee with a smirk on their face while customers are waiting @ANZ Pines in Doncaster

Complete disregard for their customers and third parties by unnecessary delays in resolving an issue where the solution is obvious.

The worst! Lucky to get one star
