Customer service has no place in this work environment. I did not expect to be laughed at by staff after making an enquiry. In the end they were left red-faced when it turned out that I was right and more well read up on their rules then the staff that work at this branch

Walked into branch to open a Savings account only to be told there is nobody available and they don’t have time to help me today. Told me to go online and do it myself. Seriously what’s the point of a branch if not for walk-in customers. And to have to make an appt just to open an account - that’s such a joke. Rubbish customer service. They obviously don’t need my business and are not hungry for it.

Not happy with the branch. Our Term Deposit matures today. We rang up on Monday24th to an appointment and the 2 banking officers that we know are both on leave. We left a message for someone to call us back and have not heard from anyone at all
