I was in the bank earlier today and the young lady behind the desk asked me how my day was. I told her it was a bit exciting as it's the first day I have left the house in five weeks due to the virus and that I have a very low immune system. After the transaction she asked me to wait a moment while she went out of view and returned with a lovely small scented candle and said if you are stuck at home so long this might help. What a beautiful thoughtful gesture and yes it will most certainly help. Thank you so very much for your thoughtfulness and also for remaining at work so people can conduct their business.
Unfortunately the home loans older lady lost my business. As a customer of 15+yrs i needed assistance with home loan options to which i made an appt. She proceeded to take multiple personal mobile calls while we were in my appt time and was genuinely disinterested in my business. The following week i closed all my accounts and moved to a different bank. Find a bank that deserves your custom, not demands it.
Other banks opening temporary branches. Westpac couldn't be bothered. Not banking with them any longer.
Friendly staff,9.30 opening,ATM outside, disability parking.
