Very disappointed with the way my request for business finance was handled today. I am a long-term customer of the Commonwealth Bank 30 years+ Have 2 successful businesses' in another City - Need some finance to set up a local business in Gympie. This new business has the potential to hire local people use local services website designers, signwriters, builders etc. and actually help the wider community in a positive way.nAll I got was a lecture on how hard it is to get finance these days. No vision here. I'll just go elsewhere for some help to set up thisnnew and very exciting business!.

Personally I dealt with this gorgeous lady a couple of times and she’s always quick and efficient. Given English not my first language,very helpful and explaining. But yesterday she saved my future!

Who's brilliant idea is to close the bank at 4pm? Most working people will not have the chance to.make it in time!
Cant even do finance in branch any more, had to wait 20 odd minutes just to be told do it online
