The service got that bad I changed Banks.All they could say is do internet banking,I don't know how to do that.
The bank looks good. The line up is still out the door.
Stole my money! I went to deposit some coins into my mortgage and the lady told me to use an automated coin counting machine. the coin counting machine took my money and didn't deposit it and wouldn't refund it. the lady made me fill out a form and said the machine would be tallied and the credit deposited into my account. They haven't deposited anything despite it being between $100 and $150 that was deposited. This is just downright theft. Now I have to waste my time following up on their mistake. What a terrible way to treat loyal customers. Like they don't matter.
Took my 14 year old to open his first bank account at lunchtime on a Friday and he was told that there is no one available to open a bank account!! And he would have to make an appointment next week, corporate culture gone mad not enough staff available to open a kids bank account.... what are we coming too.
Huge wait times, regardless of time of day. By the time you get to a teller they aren't in the best mood. No matter what is causing all this it results in a terrible customer experience.
