Extremely unprofessional practice. We saw Dr. Reshma Silas in the first week of August for my daughters appointment, at the end of appointment she gave us 2 forms to be completed by parents and school teacher, we did that exercise and emailed her the completed forms on 24 Aug. We were told by her that she will review those forms and get back to us re her assessment and if follow up appointment is necessary. We didn't hear anything from her, so I phoned on 12/09, and explained the reason of call, receptionist who answered the call asked me what am I expecting from Dr. Silas. I said we would like to know what her assessment is after reviewing the forms as she got us to do all that exercise of completing the forms. I was told by receptionist that she will inform Dr.Silas when she returns to work. Again as expected no call or email from them, so I made another follow up call on 30/09. This time I was told that usually you are required to book a follow up appointment if you're interested to find out about what doctor has assessed. Dr. Silas do not respond to patient via email, how unprofessional is the entire team. They don't care or respect the time invested by family and the school teacher.
I just call receptions to make my appointment but the reception was so rude to me. She don’t want to answer my question. I said I’m one of existing patient she said “ look I don’t want go thru your file” and avoid all my question. Many times I try to book appointment receptionist show me the rudeness always. I come to this clinic because of the great medical practitioner it unfortunately that I greeted with such rude and hostile receptionist when simply trying to book an appointment. I would be appreciated if you could speak to your staff about simple basic skill of customer service. Thank you
Dr Preeti khilan is the worst and rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my life. All those great reviews and 5 star I don't believe as per my experience with her. I only went see her as my GP referred. We went to see her for a checkup and she told us to do biopsy as it could be pre cancerous and we did it and she asked us to book another appointment for follow up and told us she will send a report to my Gp as well where we find out that our GP hasn't got any report from her when we asked her why she hasn't sent a report she didn't even apologize or anything she told us she will send it again. On our next visit she told me that I need to do biopsy again and we asked her again that why is that as she told us that I before it will give a guaranteed result and she mumbled and told us sometimes it does not give an accurate result at that time we need to redo and it will be accurate which doesn't make sense then also we did it. She asked us to visit in next 3 months for follow up check up. When we went there she said she checked everything and it looks good and when my husband tried to ask question she acted rude with him not to speak and let me talk first where it's important for him to know what's going on and she told me if I want to do marina and just handed me a look and did not even bother to explain about it and we already made up our mind that she is not polite and very rude with us we are not gonna see her again and the receptionist charged us extra 160$. For checkup and when we asked why is that extra charge they said she has examined physically so that's the charge whereas it was just a general check and got ripped up because we paid them just to avoid them so not happy she is a disgrace in the name of calling herself a doctor. Usually they are nice polite and respectful whereas she is completely opposite .shame on you Preeti you absolutely suck.
Highly recommend Dr Raj. The WSC do extremely well at catering for any child’s needs. They also helped my family fit an emergency appointment earlier. Very grateful
Excellent experience at WSC with staff with the Practice manager , Mel and Dr. Raj Khillan , a skilled Paediatrician. He’s wonderful with children.
Unprofessional team! Had an appointment with Dr. Raj at 9am to be told at 9.45am while on waiting room that Dr Raj is stuck in traffic and will be late. Always had this issue where he is running late
I highly recommend Dr Preeti Khillan for her excellent care of my wife during pregnancy. she has great knowledge for complex high risk pregnancies, very kind and caring nature obstetrician with excellent communication skills. She made our pregnancy experience very easy and stress free. Thank you again !!!
had the best experience here for the pregnancy. From the moment you walk in to the appointment with Dr Preeti Khillan, everything about western specialist center is amazing. Dr Preeti Khillan is very caring, she gives advice to what is best for with all options and giving the safest option. My wife was detected with a short cervix in the 20 week scan, and there was a option of cerclage a stitch to the cervix or having progesterone pressarie. And she saved us from having a surgery. She is the most patient person and having her is reassuring, knowing we are in the best of hands. I had heard such great things about Dr Preeti and his team and its all absolutely true!!
We brought our newborn to see Dr Raj Khillan for a tongue and lip tie procedure. I highly recommend Raj, he is warm, caring and professional. He explained everything thoroughly to us and was great with our baby. The reception staff are all lovely and the centre itself is clean, cheerful and spacious with feeding and changing facilities and a play area. There is also free on site parking.
A big thank you to doctor Preeti Khillan for taking care of me during my pregnancy. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She is so knowledgeable in her field and gives the best advice. Even with such a complicated pregnancy she made it a smooth and stress free experience...would highly recommend her..
