So sorry Dr Rebecca Wong is no longer at the clinic. She took such a keen interest in our health care and made the appropriate referrals. Friendly Practice Nurse Rajena (not sure of the spelling). Admin staff are efficient and helpful.

Very upset with the doctor I saw here last night. After arriving on time I waited about 5-7 minutes until the doctor came out of the room, he walked right past me to spend the next 20 minutes having coffee and chatting in the staff kitchen. I went in with an extremely painful sore throat, couldn't swallow or eat. I'm currently pregnant and due in 5 days so I expected a little more detailed care. He had a look at my throat and listened to my breathing then told me it's just a sore throat and to take lozenges. I reiterated how worried I was, as I'm the one in pain I knew something wasn't right and he just looked at me like I was annoying him. I left feeling very silly. This morning I woke up coughing up blood and skin like patches, rushed to the closest doctor to be told I have a very serious throat infection! The doctor I seen this morning told me to make a formal complaint against this doctor as there is no way he wouldn't have seen the infection in my throat had he been doing his job correctly. I'm so upset, your doctors negligence is extremely worrying!

Never had any issues . Dr Bronzite was awesome . Now we see Dr Reza and he has been great.staff are always friendly
