I just had my 20-week prenatal ultrasound and honestly, I was a bit worried after reading all the bad reviews. But everything went really well! I didn’t have to wait long, and the sonographer Maureen was amazing — super experienced, professional, and friendly. She talked me through the whole scan and explained everything I might want to know. Such a great experience, totally different from my past visits to other radiology places!
I’m extremely disappointed and angry with this clinic and their doctors. They are completely unprofessional and careless. I’m 8 months pregnant, and every single time I go for my appointment, they don’t have my reports or my medical history. Every time I ask, they just say, “Your reports haven’t arrived yet.” It’s honestly ridiculous and unacceptable — they clearly don’t care about their patients at all. My experience with them has been absolutely terrible.
I attended Merci’s Outpatient Clinic last month and found it to be highly professional and well-organised. The staff were welcoming, the specialists were thorough and approachable, and the environment supported both quality care and learning. It was a valuable and positive experience.
Went for my daughters Paeds appointment yesterday morning and the waiting time was so CRAZY!! And they tell you over the phone if you arrive 10mins late to your appt they will cancel it and reschedule NONSENSE!! nMy daughter and I waited for almost an hour when there was HARDLY anyone at the waiting area. Like someone could informnus of the situation at least.nSo I went up to the receptionist to confirm if we are going to be seen by any Drs and she said we are NEXT. I calmly said thanks to her, grab our things and went home .nGot home and received a voicemessage from the dr “apologising as she should about being running late due to lots of complicated patients”. Like I stated before, someone could have at least informed us of the situation.nSo here is JUST A REMINDER FOR YOU FOLKS - “Health Consumers should be informed of their situation and any significant delays while waiting to see a doctor, as this is a fundamental aspect of patient-centered care and a legal and ethical obligation for healthcare providers. Providing timely and accurate information helps manage expectations, promotes patient safety, and builds trust between the patient and the healthcare service”
I took my friend for an appointment, waited about 20 minutes, had a very informative consultation. I found all staff helpful and pleasant . One thing might be helpful for some patients is a wheelchair as my friend finds walking difficult, but otherwise a good experience.
