The customer service here is always great. The staff are always polite and respectful. Food always tastes fresh and hot. The service is fast and great. I've never had any real issues.

Fresh as burger but the lettuce was only a piece of the hard stork bit in one had to remove it also both burgers only had 1 small piece of lettuce anyways .

Terrible food here. I have been to the Manukau and Botany Locations many times and never had a problem. We ordered two burger combos and recieved one burger that the patty had either been overcooked or microwave cooked because the patty was as chewy as rubber and non-cooked bacon. The second chicken burger had a fishy taste which was unusual and neither my partner or I had ever tasted in the burger which put us off eating it. Never going to eat from this location again.

Smaller store than the nearby McDonald's, but far less densely packed. Brilliant food, and with very quick service outside of peak times.
