Very disappointed with your service tonight. I Came at around 8pm to buy my kids food to my disappointed when I got home the drinks the lady that served me which was wearing stripes shirt I think she must have been the duty manager, I ask for sprite with no ice for the drinks as I got home the drinks were just water no tasted of sprite. And as I was watching while you were doing my order you tip some drink from another cup into our drinks like what the he'll was that. Please next time serve as the way you would like to be served, and don't use left over drinks from someone else drinks for your next customer. If you were the duty manager that served me tonight you should be ashame of yourself. It's ain't easy sweating for that money that I paid for my kids food.
The Beautiful Maori Lady who is housekeeping the Seating area is Kind and attentive to customer needs will always approach New customers walking through the Door with a Smile and greeting and overall she keeps the Tables clean and the floor is clean and the staff behind the counter are nice they actually like there job with a smile
The service at night time is so bad. I don’t know what’s the difference of receiving my order in store and receiving order from Uber. Every time I placed an order through Uber it’s either 30 minutes delayed to 50 minutes and I live 2 minutes away or the food that I ordered is not right or the drink is missing and the way they do the burgers is so messy. They just throw things in and packed like it’s for dogs to eat. Like stay home if you don’t want to make burgers or stand in the kitchen serving us. Honestly very poor service
Food was hot just had a missed item from my order.nnService was amazing followed by an apology for the long wait nnAtmosphere delightful. Wasn't too busy, noisy or dirty.nnGreat experience. Keep up the great work
