Food was ok service was good but I don't prefer my chicken burnt especially when I'm paying $50+ for a XL Bucket so please improve.. click and collect and ordering inside is better than drive through from the few other occasions I had been hereFood: 3/5
Boxing Day, not feeling well so ordered online for delivery. Arrived in good time but driver was gone before I had chance to check the order. 10pc bucket missing! No choice but to drive there with the order, despite being sick. As I walked in, another customer said I was the 3rd person he'd seen returning their orders! I told one of the counter staff about my order and she turned back to her colleagues and they all had a good laugh about it! I said I was glad they thought it was funny. I was given a complete new order, plus some extra items to make up for it, but it should've been right the first time. And they laughed about their mistake right in front of me. Shameful - and not good enough.
Ordered the zinger box, got to the window and told there was a 10 minute wait for the zinger chicken or I can substitute with original I said that it soo to substitute. I get back and they gave me a flimsy burger with lettuce mayo and the chicken. I’m pretty sure that’s not a zinger burger with a different patty. So technically I paid for an overpriced snack burger.
Being papakura KFC we were waiting to order through drive through but no one came and took order we went to the window and they said they can’t take the orders and they were having shortage if staff….spoke to manager she made up stories that she’s alone taking orders we stood there for 30min and they couldn’t take our order…what disgrace KFC papakura I would remand my family and friends not to got there as the managers also need some management course….food quality bad Manager on Duty was OFA worst customer service aswell…! If short staff manger should step up and help workers and not blaming on shortages of staff…shortage of staff is not an excuse you have give ur customers the best…I will take it further if no action will be taken…spoiled day my kids were hungry we were waiting for 25 to 30min…! We had to drive off after waiting..
I went through the drive through on the 24th of Jan at 9.30pm in the evening i placed my order and i was told there isnt any more potatoe and gravy available and 20mins wait on the chicken i was very disappointed with the lady that served me because while she was serving customer she was sucking on her lolly pop at the same time.what kind of customer service is that and how awful it was to be waiting for almost half and hour and when i got my order the chickens were cold and chips were as well even the coleslaw was running looks so warm and discussing. This got to be the wrose sevice ive been.the waiting time is wait but heaps of workers working around playing games with others doing nothing and yet the work is slow. I will never ever recommend anyone to come to you
Evenings are always busy and their service is really good and fast. Original chicken doesn't taste original. Wicked wings were really nice. Please skip their chips they taste really bad.
The fries were unevenly salted some were way over salted and others had non. I watched her salt the and I have included a picture. They were unedable. The snack wrap had all the chicken at the top and all the dressing at the bottom. The store wasn't to messy but it wasn't perfect for sure.
Not to bad here i think they need to get rid of chicken that have been dryed out nd have been in the bin to long cause its not nice when you bite into a chicken thats hard to chew and even swallow? Also fresh hot chips to always be served even their popcorn chicken bite are hard coz its just been sitting their.
Was very busy and packed that evening due to the customers from the Indian restaurant across the carpark.But what really got me that 2 cars parked in the disabled saw me in my car,yes you guessed it...DISABLEDwith cardstared at and ignored.I ddnt want to say anything because of their beautiful dressed up families.They looked happy on their night out.Just remember we are one.no photos taken.Oh niiiice KFC.
UPDATE! The manager at the Papakura KFC rang me and apologized, and offered us to collect the missing potato and gravy. Someone else also rang me from KFC and apologized again, and gave us a credit, which we used for our next KFC meal, and we got the replacement for the missing potato and gravy as well. I feel better about them now, since they actually listened and did something about it, so I will change the stars to 4 stars now, as the food was actually very nice. I'm so angry! Every holidays I shout KFC Papakura for my friends kids, and drive there, wait in the drivethrough queue, place my order, go to the window, pay, ask for a receipt, get told it will come from the next window, wait, pick up my order, drive all the way to my friends place, in peak holiday traffic, like tonight, get to my friends, and always, yes, always, something is missing from my order! Tonight it was the 2nd of two large potato and gravys, and we only got one. So disappointing for the kids! I confirmed it at the window as well that it was for two. And no receipt in the bag either!!!!!!!!! And I paid cash, so I can't even go back and show them my bank statement! And it's raining, so I'm just NOT going to drive back through all that traffic just to wait in the queue again, just get one large potato and gravy! But really disappointed because this isn't the first time, hence writing this review. Feel like crying. It ruins the whole treat!
