Dined in for lunch while on my break.nOrdered my food and went bathroom. They do require a clean but the toilets here were cleaner then the other kfc branches I’ve been to.nFacility overall was cleaner than the kfc.nOrdered the lunch box and got my order quickly.nOutdoor dining is real nice to dine in.nOverall, will return again.
I recently visited KFC Papakura and had such a great experience thanks to the absolutely amazing team working there. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. Even when it was busy, they stayed calm, organised, and made sure every customer was looked after with care and respect.nMy order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh, hot, and exactly as expected. You can tell the team works well together and takes pride in what they do. The atmosphere in the store felt positive and efficient, and it really made the visit enjoyable.nIt’s not just about the food here—it’s the people. The workers at KFC Papakura go above and beyond, and their kindness and professionalism really stood out. I’m only writing this review because it’s probably the best fast food customer service i’ve received. The server who had served me through the drive thru was absolutely amazing, very polite, professional and well spoken at the speaker and at the window. My whole order was correct and that’s saying something because i ordered a lot lol, and the food was very fresh, well packed and tasted very good! will definitely be coming back :
Food was very fresh, chicken was fresh and tasty. My order was accurate, nothing missing. service was amazing. restaurant and bathroom was very clean.
no straw, when you ask for extra seasoning on the fries it means none at all, also the food was cold. sorry i feel as if this needs to be placed as its not the only time this has happened.
