Old Sprite tasted like soda water?! What the heck?nI've been here quite a bit, and every time, they get something wrong.nI would like to have kept up my older review, but this time, it's put it down.nFood has always been okay.nI didn't like that I couldn't change my original piece to wicked wings in my burger meal and had to spend another $8 to get 3 wicked wings... not impressed by that... first time I've come across that and hope that doesn't go to other places!!
Received a delivery Zinger combo last Monday night. Burger had a little bit of old off lettuce and sauce on both sides. Made complaint and sent photos and the answer is to only refund the price. Have told the guy Daniel from complaints that I do not accept that. How could the cook make such a burger and expect someone to eat it. Absolutely disgusting, Daniel has just started ignoring my emails now. It's like this company KFC expect me to accept a refund and go away. No apology nor even acknowledgement of the disgusting burger served to me. I have told Daniel I still have the burger but he doesn't want to know. Check all your food from.this store. Come on KFC once you took my.money you entered into a contract that you still haven't honored. Be pono and tika
Picked up on way home, didn't do drive thru, actually walked in to order.nAs expected, food was still hot when I got home, chips lacked flavor. Hence 4 star. Staff were happy, prompt and what looked like, had alot of energy. One staff member accidently spilt a box of chips handing it to another. Instead of just putting it in the bag, as young ones would do now-a-days, she took that box and refilled it before bagging it. I was amazed. Atmosphere was clean, lit well and pleasing. Highly reccommend as I have been here many times and have barely been let down just yet. I hope not to be, keep up the great work.
