I just ordered from Papakura store, I paid 25 dollars for the mega peperoni, I got the peperoni pizza from the value menu so I called to complain. Horrible customer service, at the end she told is your fault for ordering that. Never again, you can get a huge peperoni pizza from sales for only 30 dollars and is big and better quality, definitely my mistake ordering from this cowboys
OMG!!! I just picked up a pizzafor a friend from this place - the women's gloves were so dirty she left a thumb print on the pizza box. Just showed up and she was making a pizza - gloves on - she then did the register with the same gloves, handed me the payment terminal for pay wave. Then went back to making pizza with the same gloves. OMG. do not eat here!!!! The owners & managers couldn't care less about you and what goes into your body. Disgusting!!!!! Be careful about this place. WATCH THEM AS THEY MAKE YOUR FOOD. PLEASE. Your health is at stake if you eat here. I've taken a photo of the thumb print she left on the pizza box lol. Took a picture of her as well; Very beautiful woman; but her carelessness is very very concerning. Managers of this place should be fired IMMEDIATELY. - also, my friend asked for no mushrooms. They put mushrooms on the pizzz.
Aside from the fact there was a system error and orders were behind on being ready on time the two team members that were on today as at 12:37 held their heads high and worked very well under pressure. However my pizzas were wrong and charged full price but didn't recieve what was ordered. Working under pressure stood out for me so 3 stars today.
They keep getting my order wrong. False advertising for there $5 Pizza. In there shop there is a cardboard display stating $5 Pizza. But when you go to pay there extra sir charge of 75 cent for each Pizza! Not going there or any other of there out lits ever again...I had a argument with them! Pizza hut has $5 Pizza. No sir charge or any other hidden cost!!!
Was on a weekend stay in the area & upon delivery was told they didn’t have the dessert we ordered with No refund or replace item!,BAD CUSTOMER Service!!!,Sorry Dominoes but I’ll be taking Our $$$ over to Pizza Hutt. Duty Manager was Jamie by the way.
I wasn't impressed with the food as it didn't come as ordered and after requesting them to redo the food, still came not as expected after a long wait. Plenty of potential that just needs proper supervision.
Thank you for fixing my order. I wasn't sure how my complaint would be received but was very happy with how you listened and fixed it in the end. Pizza's arrived hot and better than expected. Nice work
After having a late delivery for dinner, they made up for it on the next order. And went the extra on top. My roommate ordered. Once I seen the delivery lady on a ebike I didn’t mind it being a little late. As we are rural. No issues with the pizza just the timing is a little off. Will try takanini again next time
Little amount of cheese, toppings and sauce on their pizzas at this branch and overcooked so it's dry. Customer service could also be a lot better. Not going back to this dominos ever again.
The lovely lady helped with great enthusiasm and even with a hint of humor. Great experience and it's also very clean from eye view.
