Terrible service; stay far away if you don’t want to increase stress on an already stressful day. All was well when I made the booking couple of weeks before the move and was advised I’d be contacted on the day before move. But there was no comms whatsoever and I got too busy with packing and remembered to make the call only by 6.30pm the day before moving by which time they’d closed and there was no answer until about 10am on moving day which was an hour later the scheduled time for moving. I’d left numerous voicemails by that point. I gave up and luckily got cool moves to come and do the job for me.

Horrible experience. I had entered a full inventory on the site and spoken with the 'manager'. The guys turned up, had no packing materials, hadn't been told the job, and took two hours to get any. They just told me they got stitched up by their boss and that it had happened often before. Day two they started about 4pm (not my request) and slowed considerably once it got dark as they had one hand-held light. They quoted 2.5 hours, and it took 4.5 with me moving gear the entire time. The cherry on the top was that they then tried to force me to buy a nearly unused roll of bubble wrap for $80, and did a 300% mark up on the boxes used. Avoid like the plague.

Very unprofessional and unreliable !!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY... After confirming the appointment by text the company were no where to be seen at appointed time. My partner tried several times to contact the owner and driver with neither responding to her calls or texts. We then went online and discovered some horrific Google reviews and cancelled the appointment, which yet again we had no response to. Over an hour after the appointed time the driver and 2 others turned up in a state I can only describe as being unsuitable to work or even drive. We have had no apology or even response for the tardiness or unprofessionalism of those concerned. My advice is to stay well clear of this company...

We hired these guys to move house, and they were absolutely outstanding. Dennis and his colleague arrived slightly before the start time to ensure that they were ready to go at the start time, and had everything loaded, moved and unloaded at the new house within 1 hour 15 mins! No damage at all to anything, allowed us to assist to save time / money, and they worked extremely hard while on the clock. I will gladly hire these guys when we shift again.
