Received my product with the package opened and missing half the contents. Refuse to acknowledge their mistake and stop communicating. Go with Thule or someone else with better customer service.
Over $500 to buy the rubber strip for the roof racks on my two vehicles, is ridiculous. I have purchased another rubber insert to do both vehicles for under $100. Extortionate pricing and constant automated emails after contacting Rhino Rack for a quote. Last one asked for feedback, tried two different browsers and the submit button didn't work on either browser. poor customer service all round.
