Clean, tidy, and easy to navigate storage facility. We were unsure if we needed storage and were very last minute, but Jil and the team made sure we could store and were so helpful. If I ever need storage again, I know where I am going.

We stored a two-bedroom house worth of stuff at Storage Solutions Tawa while we stayed in a furnished house for six months. We were surprised how much we could fit in the unit! The staff were very helpful, the unit itself was dry and very secure. Being able to use the trailor for free when moving in was super helpful too! We are happy with choosing this company and would definitely use them again in the future.

This place is the cleanest storage business I have ever seen, with lovely staff, very accommodating and friendly. In a super handy location, with good security, and all at a really good price. Can't speak highly enough of Cherie and her team.

From the first contact and quote right through to moving my furniture out of my Storage Solutions unit, my experience as a client has been fantastic. Cherie was so friendly, organised and always remembered my name! I ended up storing all my household items for a lot longer than I intended. But I recently moved into a new home, and all my precious belongings were in perfect condition. I will always recommend Storage Solutions, Tawa for anyone who needs storage close to Wellington.

We’ve been customers for 4+ years. The facility is well-equipped and the staff are very friendly. However, we were disappointed to discover that a rat had entered our unit around June 2017 (apparently brought in by another customer) and left a mess on some of our items and an unpleasant smell. We raised this issue with staff, who were apologetic and have been helpful in providing cleaning equipment and disposing of damaged items.
