Dr Alex Harvey is the best chiropractor all the work he’s done on my back and neck is amazing love getting my adjustments done every week definitely worthwhile seeing Alex 100% the best at his job and Cates about patients 😊

Dr Alex is an awesome chiropractor, after only a couple of months I can now walk properly with no pain 😊

Poor customer service!!!! First time here. Booked via internet for remedial massage. When I got to the clinic they had booked me in for a chiropractor. Told me the error was mine because a) their system didn’t identify whether the appointment was for massage or chiropractic and b) they had left a phone message confirming chiropractic appointment. So I played them the phone message and it just said appointment-didn’t specify that they had done the wrong type. Also, on their website it had shown remedial massage. Never mind, I agreed to come back two hours later. The massage was fine, but the customer service was again poor. Made me wait 5 minutes to pay and then put through my bupa twice so that nothing was paid by my fund. Said well you will have to work it out with bupa yourself, we can’t do anything from here. Really poor attitude to customer service that means I won’t go back

Dr Alex Harvey is great. He is so patient when treating my daughter and makes her feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend making an appointment with him.
